The StrechCordz with hand paddles is a different type of swimming training. It consists of a durable latex tube and hand paddles. Additionally, the pull cord features secure connections to the plastic components. Due to the high elasticity of the pull cords, the resistance does not increase significantly during the pull, allowing the force curve to be ideally adapted to that of swimming.
