Thera-Band® Loops are particularly suitable for lower extremity exercises. No wrapping or additional assists are needed. They are optimally used for combined strength and coordination exercises. Loops are available in four resistance levels (yellow, red, green, and blue) and in three different loop sizes. The loops offer strengthening exercises in the well-known Thera-Band® color coding and provide specific toning options for the thigh area, while also serving sport-specific training purposes.
