The Air-Liner by Vittoria is a puncture protection system made from technical foam, designed for tubeless use. It effectively protects your rim, prevents flat tires, and improves grip – an absolute must-have! This applies whether you are using standard wheels or tubeless-ready wheels. You also have the freedom to choose the tubeless valve and sealant, although Vittoria recommends using ammonia-free sealant.

The Air-Liner was developed in collaboration with Deaneasy. In Italy, it is machined from a single piece of the latest generation of technical foam. Unlike foam inserts that come from 3D printing and are extruded, this manufacturing method does not interfere with the chemical structure of the polymer. The result is a product that is uncompromising in terms of durability and robustness. Under normal conditions, the puncture protection lasts up to 2000 hours, and even if you run your tire flat, you have enough time to fix it: the Air-Liner can hold air for up to an hour without pressure.
