Reverse does not compromise on bearings, using sliding bearings from the German manufacturer IGUS as well as industrial bearings. This significantly increases the lifespan of the Black One Pedal, as there is virtually no wear in the bearing area. Out of the box, the pedal turns a bit stiff, which is intentional. This prevents the pedal from rotating on its own if you lift your foot during a tight corner maneuver.
