This product has been specifically developed as an anti-fog protection for diving and swimming goggles, but it is also effective on any glass surface (inside of windshields, bathroom mirrors, eyeglass lenses, etc.). Due to its neutral pH value (7.0) and the non-irritating nature of its components, it is ideal for use on surfaces close to the eyes. Its base consists of deionized water and contains no organic solvents, as these could evaporate under immersion conditions and affect the surfaces as well as the eye fluids. When applied correctly (according to the instructions), it forms a protective film that prevents the condensation of micro-droplets on the surface it is used on. The low concentration of surfactants and the included silicone extend its effectiveness for about 2 hours (depending on conditions).
