The Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade enables consistent performance when cutting sandwich panels. Its special tooth design allows for cutting through steel sheets while maintaining the bond between the steel layer and the insulation material. The blade features extra-hard Microteq teeth, which are made from robust carbide grain. This performance is enhanced by the blade's Proteqtion coating, which prevents corrosion and allows for reliable cutting while reducing friction. The product is equipped with damping slots for particularly smooth operation, significantly less noise, and noticeably lower vibration. Use this saw blade on sandwich panels with steel sheets (coated on one or both sides). The MTCG tooth configuration (Multi-Purpose Triple Chip Grind) of the Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade ensures a long lifespan even after the toughest applications.
