The shank of the drill is cylindrical, with the shank diameter corresponding to the drill diameter. The drill is used with drill stands and drill screws. The HSS-TiN spiral drill is manufactured according to DIN 338 and belongs to drill type N (small side cutting angle) with a drill tip of 135 degrees and diameter tolerance h8. The drill tip with cross-cut allows for active drilling engagement and perfect centering without wandering. The drill is not suitable for aluminum and should only be used with coolant.
