A classic bushcraft knife designed by English custom knifemaker Roger Harrington. Elegant in its simplicity and absolutely focused on functionality, the Casström Woodsman will be your reliable companion in the forest and field.

The factory sharpened above average blade with Scandi grind is made of non-stainless Böhler K720 carbon steel, also known as O2 steel.

The handle scales are made of birch wood treated with linseed oil according to traditional Scandinavian methods. Additionally, a so-called "burl" is used, which is a "knot" of wood responsible for the characteristic curly grain. The liners are made of black G10.

The Casström Woodsman comes with a beautifully finished cowhide sheath, which holds the knife absolutely reliably in place.

Although K720 steel is not stainless, we had no problems with rust during our tests. However, it is recommended to never put the blade wet in the sheath and to oil the knife as needed before storage or when traveling to humid areas. Two major advantages of non-stainless steels are the significantly higher achievable final sharpness compared to stainless steels and the fact that they are usually easier to resharpen.
