Hand lapping tool with a plastic handle. The edges are honed at an angle of 25° to 45°. Ideal for breaking the cutting edges after grinding and for re-lapping the edges of clamped tools such as planers, milling cutters, knife heads, drills, and reamers. Used for honing the cutting edges, removing built-up edge, and increasing tool lifespan. Note: Can be used dry or with water or thin oil.
