Hand lapping tool with plastic handle. The edges are sharpened at an angle of 25° to 45°. Ideal for breaking the cutting edges after grinding and for re-lapping the edges of clamped tools such as planers, milling cutters, knife heads, drills, reamers, etc. Used for sharpening the cutting edges, eliminating burrs, and increasing tool life. Note: Can be used dry as well as with water or thin oil.
