It features four or five blued fastening screws with 90° tips, depending on the diameter, allowing for precise centering in the die. The holder body, made from fine zinc die-cast according to DIN 1743, ensures high stability and durability, while the improved geometry makes it 120% more load-bearing than comparable holders. The knobs are made from robust automatic steel and feature knurling for optimal grip during operation. The locking screws are also blued and knurled to securely fix the die and enable reliable use. The zinc die-cast body made of Zamak 5 is coated with an environmentally friendly powder coating that provides additional protection. The die holder is delivered in an eco-friendly brown folding box and is designed for the secure accommodation of round dies according to DIN EN 22568 (DIN 223).
