The specially threaded area at the front has teeth that cut an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form fit, which ultimately secures the anchor. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman. This is indirectly confirmed by the existing ETA approval. The Multi-Monti concrete screw can be processed close to edges and without a torque wrench, and it is completely disassemblable.
