The Speed Forstner drill bit with a diameter of 50 mm from kwb is a highly advanced tool specifically designed for woodworking. Made from tempered special steel and manufactured according to the DIN 7483 G standard, this drill offers outstanding performance and durability. The forged drill head with a patented wave grind ensures extremely precise and clean cuts, while the optimally sharpened and hardened cutting edges guarantee tear-free hole edges, even with large diameters. The low sliding friction and heat generation during drilling contribute to efficiency and allow for three times the lifespan compared to conventional Forstner drill bits. The drill is suitable for all common rotary and hammer drills with a chuck size of 10 or 13 mm and can be used for both hardwood and softwood, as well as for coated particle boards and MDF boards.
