Makita offers the DJV 184, a cordless jigsaw equipped with an aluminum base plate that can be tilted by 45°. The speed can be easily adjusted with a sensitive switch and limited using a dial. The cutting area is continuously cleared by the machine's cooling air. The pendulum stroke can be set to 3 different levels plus a neutral position. The brushless motor allows for a more compact design and increased lifespan due to lower wear. When cutting into the workpiece, the stroke rate automatically increases to reach the set value. The bright dual LED light provides an optimal view of the workpiece at all times.
