The aluminium base plate can be directly used on guide rails from Metabo, Mafell, Bosch, Festool, Makita, HiKOKI, Hilti, and other manufacturers. Fast, precise cross cuts are achieved thanks to easy coupling with a Metabo cross cutting rail. LIHD high-performance battery packs and the Metabo brushless motor guarantee maximum power and enduring sawing. Automatic switching on/off of the connected vacuum cleaner is enabled through CordlessControl (available as an accessory). The sawdust ejection nozzle can be rotated and locked individually for any working position. An integrated LED work light provides optimum illumination of the cutting line. The 0-degree position is re-adjustable for the highest cutting precision, and a clearly visible cutting indicator ensures precise sawing after the initial cut. The robust and durable design features an aluminium die-cast saw housing, and the handle has a non-slip soft-grip surface for safe guidance. There is an extraction possibility by connecting an all-purpose vacuum cleaner. This product can be combined with all 18V battery packs and chargers of the CAS brands.
