Yes and no! The small adapter in the picture is plugged into the Schuko socket (standard EU standard, type F). You can then plug our 3-pin power cable (type J) into it. If you want to use the USB ports, plug the large adapter into the small one - this is how it works.... but: Then you can no longer plug in our 3-pin power plug (type J), because the large adapter itself has a SchuKo socket (type F).
You can only use both together if you are travelling to England, USA etc. (type B / G / I).
