Adapters made for travel purposes are not legally allowed to use a device permanently in switzerland. If you asking for use of more then 6h usage at a stretch, then your use for this adapters are wrong. If you use a device only in switzerland, the use of travel adapres are forbidden. Regardles if you use it only for 1 hour or more.

For longterm usage only the so called "Fixadapters" legally allowed if you can't replace the whole cable when its not pluggable.

If you have buyed the device from a swiss dealer, they are legally in charge to supply you correct plugs. Free of charge.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to deliver electrical devices with a Swiss plug. If the device comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the power cable is pluggable or alternatively, if the power cable is firmly connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the device comes without a suitable plug, complain to customer service and insist on a cable or adapter, free of charge.
