Instructions for use
Use with the eyebrow stencils with brush (available separately). Select the eyebrow stencil that matches the eyebrow, place it on the eyebrow and hold it in place with your thumb and index finger. Pick up ARTDECO Eyebrow Powder with the enclosed brush applicator and apply within the recess of the stencil. Repeat the process on the other brow by rotating the stencil. For a very natural look, lightly comb the eyebrows with the eyelash brush to remove excess powder.
