Eyeliner pencil for external use with an ultra-soft texture. Fast-drying, long-lasting, waterproof formula for pigment-rich and smudge-proof color. Transfer-free formula with a matte finish.
Apply the pencil along the lash line before applying eyeshadow. The product can also be used as an eyeliner to complete the eye look.
The particularly rich and creamy texture of this pencil allows for easy blending. However, since this product dries quickly on the skin and sets, it should be blended and smudged before it dries.
