Instructions for use | Apply the eyeliner pencil as an eyeliner along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them look more almond-shaped, strengthen the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey-eye, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner to the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the shade "Noir Parisien" to the waterline. |
