The iStorage diskAshur2 hard drive features an easy-to-use keypad that allows you to access the drive with a 7 or 15-digit PIN. No software is required for the setup and operation of the diskAshur2, and it works with all operating systems. It is compatible with all versions of MS Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, Chrome, Thin Clients, Zero Clients, and embedded systems. The portable hard drive offers USB 3.1 encryption that is FIPS PUB 197 compliant. PINs and encryption keys are always encrypted when in idle mode. It uses AES-XTS-256-bit hardware encryption – no software required, regardless of the operating system and platform. The diskAshur2 is tamper-proof and utilizes DeskLock slot technology. Unlike other solutions, the diskAshur2 freezes the system during an automated attack, rendering it invulnerable.
