Not yet (with iOS). However, this is more due to Amazon, as the Alexa app is needed to set it up. This is not yet available in Switzerland: you can get around the geo-lock by downloading the app from a foreign platform. Then Alexa works on Sonos

Yes, this works if you connect the following device: SONOS CONNECT (Weiss) to the line out (tape out). The whole thing is not cheap and depending on the distance between the stereo system and the bedroom you will need a boost SONOS BOOST.

I was able to reach someone on the hotline today. Apparently the ad is based on the motto "as long as stock lasts", which is not mentioned anywhere (how would you know)! Unfortunately, once again, as a customer of Galaxus, you are taken in by the motto "bad luck for you", the main thing is that we lure customers.... Well, that's it for me with Galaxus and I will certainly advertise there among my friends. There are other big suppliers who are more open and will deal with the customer more in the case of such a non-obvious error, especially if he reports it!
Google Assistant works perfectly. Alexa is not available for Sonos devices in Switzerland. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work with VPN either. If you manage to do it, you are welcome to tell me how.

The 169.- was a promotional price, last week there were "Black Week" offers. The normal price before that was 210-220, as you can see in the price history. You won't find it anywhere for less than 200.

Strange, I never had these problems. Do you have the latest firmware installed? I use 2 of these boxes with a Beam - everything works perfectly, hardly any delay.

Hello Anonymous Just tested the whole thing with my Sonos One.... You can set an alarm clock to start your desired radio station (e.g. via tuneIn) via the Sonos. This also works with the mobile phone switched off, as the configuration is saved in the Sonos system. If you have any further questions, I would be happy to test this for you, as I have two Sonos One Gen. 2.

Hi FreePete, if by 2nd generation you mean the Sonos One, rather than the 1st generation Sonos Play 1, then the answer is yes. I only know of one generation smart speaker (i.e. with voice control) from Sonos, and that is the Sonos One. Sonos Play 1 did not have a microphone.

Yes, the room can be selected via the room name, for example : Alexa, play <music title> from spotify on kitchen.
