Hello Econics, no this device cannot play music. It is a super hands-free device. If you want to play music from your portable devices, e.g. via bluetooth, you have to get a gateway from Dension. This product is highly recommended but unfortunately a bit expensive starting at 300 CHF, unfortunately not available at Digitec;( LG Eno
