What do I need to use five Ubiquity access points with seamless roaming, all with LAN connection? Do I just hook it all up to a switch or do I need to consider something else?

To configure, you need a CloudKey or UDMPro/UDM. Then either connect them all to one switch.... or, once set up, you can also have the APs meshed with each other. Power would be needed anyway. Therefore, the cleanest way is to connect via POE with Cat. The whole thing is then easy to configure via the Cloudkey or UDM/Pro (networks, guest WLAN network, etc.).
