The 2-year warranty also refers to the warranty you have directly with Galaxus. Everything after the 2 years must then be repaired directly by the manufacturer.
I think the air is too good in your guest toilet. The device is specifically designed for particles, smoke, etc. and not for simple stench. It will probably not detect methane either. But it's better to ask digitec to be sure.
Kind regards

All filters are HEPA Class 13 and therefore good for (or against) pollen or dust. The other filters contain additional filters for specific purposes. So the normal grey filter is sufficient. At least that is the conclusion I came to after "studying" the information and that is how I use it.
I was about to say that the H stands for hepa, but the 3C has that too. I'll link the question to the other product: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/QuestionAndAnswer/was-ist-der-unterschied-zum-xiaomi-3h-ausser-die-bessere-flaechenleistung-343167, which explains it quite well.
The appliance supplied with the standard equipment (filter) does not filter the food odours.
So the green filter probably has to be bought separately, and I would check with Xiaomi.
Hello Beat.
No, unfortunately it is not Homekit-enabled. You need the Xiaomi app, in which you can make all the settings.
But unfortunately only "standalone" and not controllable via homekit or Siri.
Hi, I don't work at Digitec, but I think it's caused by the cookies on the website. The more people look at a product, the faster it pushes up the price. It's the same with airline tickets. I have experienced it myself.
So maybe: go incognito and surf the net like this ..... and help others to get hold of the product at a fair price. Have fun.

I think, depending on the filters you choose, bacteria, microbes, bacilli, viruses, etc., can be present. Aerosols are suspended air/water particles and nano-compounds that usually go to the bottom at some point, so I don't know if they make it to the filter.
Here are the available filter types info:
- Grey: HEPA H13 filter (supplied).
- Green: HEPA H11 + Formaldehyde Filter
- Purple : HEPA H11 + Antibacterial filter
Note against Corona: You need at least HEPA filter H13 or even better H14 (used in laboratories etc.). Whereby the filter class H13 is still classified as good. Whether it is an added value that the violet filter has an antibacterial coating but is only H11, I cannot answer. Theoretically, the grey H13 filter that comes with it would be better in terms of actual filter density.
Hello Together
Can anyone answer the following. I bought this device a few days ago to improve the air quality at home. We already have comfort ventilation / Minergie in the house. The unit was therefore intended for the guest toilet, where the cat litter tray is also located. Assembled and installed (WLAN coupling doesn't work, I don't feel like messing around with it for ages. It works like this.
Now the real problem is the display of the value. I almost always have 001.....sometimes when it gets a bit stinkier, the display goes up to 003 for a few seconds, 1x even to 005...! And then it goes down again to 001.....Katzenka**e still smells. Somehow I assumed that the air would be noticeably improved. Is the unit in this mode normal, i.e. almost always 001 on the display, or have I got a Monday unit? I have 001 on the display from 24 hours to a maximum of 23:55 hours. If this is normal, it must have been a bad buy for my purposes :-)
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Kind regards
Phil
I picked up my Mi Air Purifier 3H today, unpacked it straight away and put it into operation. The display shows 002 or 001. The air should be very clean. However, when the sun is low in the sky, you can see the dust particles dancing in the air. It is very dusty in the room. Therefore the question: what exactly does the sensor measure? Does the sensor only react to the smallest particles (PM2.5) or should it also react to larger dust particles?
According to the pollen map from MeteoSwiss, the pollen concentration is very high today. I can hardly imagine that we have such clean air in the house. That's why I picked up some "dust" from the nearest hazel bush and "waved" it in front of the sensor - no reaction. I would have expected the fan to switch up 3 levels immediately.
Can anyone tell me how fast/slow the sensor reacts? What is the expected behaviour? Is the fan more active, for example, when one has ventilated? What concentrations are indicated indoors in the Winterthur area today (2.3.2021)?
Is my sensor possibly defective?
I have also been using the 3H for a few months. I am not satisfied with the automatic control. I have already cleaned the sensor a few times (with a hoover). You can't clean it much. I then only operate it manually. When I ventilate the window, I turn the thing up to maximum, but the noise of the fan doesn't allow me to work next to it :-(
The circulation and cleaning at high level is very good. But I would also be happy if the thing had better control and you could influence how many particles it should turn up and how high.
In other forums I have read about similar problems with the measurement.
Yes, there is!
If you press the button on the display and the button on the back at the same time while the unit is switched off, a menu appears in which you cannot actually do anything. However, one of the displayed items can be changed. If the unit is then disconnected from the power and switched on, the filter shows 100% again. Unfortunately, I don't have a device in front of me to follow the procedure in more detail, but I have now done this several times with different 3h units and, even with exhibitors, always with success. However, you should be aware that deposits do not have to be visible and can still be very harmful. A replacement should therefore be carried out at least once a year and should only be considered if conditions are very good. The purchase of an air purifier always entails follow-up costs - you have to be aware of this when buying.
I was extremely confused...
That's why I had to do a little research.
From a big question mark, answers have now emerged:
Version 3H is not officially listed anywhere.
Why? Because it simply does not exist...
Store Switzerland:
https://mi-store.ch/produkt-kategorie/home/room-climate/ - No Purifier 3 or 3H
https://xiaomi-mi.com/ No Purifier 3 or 3H
https://www.mi.com/ No Purifier 3 or 3H
China:

Here in the official store there is version 3 (without H) and version Pro H.
Digitec currently only sells the old Pro version of the last generation (without H).
Here is official information about THIS product:
https://item.mi.com/product/10476.html?cfrom=search&selected=1193200016&pClass=c
There are also the 3 different filter variants listed, Digitec only offers the expensive variants and also has wrong descriptions...
Green: Filters formaldehyde S1
Violet: Antibacterial version
Blue: Standard version (not available at Digitec)
Pro H Filter: Standard Version (Not available at Digitec)
Summary small to large:
Mijia Air Purifier 3 (28-48m2) (Available Digitec)
Mijia Air Purifier Pro (35-60m2) (Available Digitec)
Mijia Air Purifier Pro H (42-72m2) (Not available at Digitec)
Mijia Air Purifier MAX (70-120m2) (Not available at Digitec)
Maybe it will help someone.
The Xiaomi Air Puifier all use the same filters, there are different color ones, this model has the Gray 3H HEPA filter, but the purple one would also work or the green or blue one. These filters are interchangeable and please do not throw a perfectly working filter away just because the Mi App is telling you that it needs to be replaced after approx 180 days. These filter interchange values are for Asian markets where there is so much air pollution that you should replace it quite often. In Switzerland, you can clean the filter outside with a vacuum cleaner and you can re-insert, reset the filter and re-use it for a year or even more.
Fun fact, you can buy these filters at Galaxus but not with Digitec, although you can also buy the Mi Air Purifier with Galaxus too.
