The universal screw is the absolute all-rounder in the SPAX range. It can be used for almost anything - for example, without the annoying pre-drilling in softwoods such as spruce and pine as well as in standard wood-based panels (MDF, chipboard and OSB). Our universal screw demonstrates its superiority above all in interior fittings and furniture construction, but it can also be used outdoors with the appropriate corrosion protection. Thanks to its special thread geometry, the screwing resistance is significantly lower than with conventional screws, which not only saves your strength and nerves, but also the battery of the screwdriver used. Splitting of the wood near the edge is almost completely prevented. For you, this means that you can screw in more screws per battery charge and you no longer have to worry about ripped wood ends!
