Which two adapters do I need to plug the smart plug into a CH socket and then connect CH devices to it? I am unable to find what I need.

If no CH adapter is enclosed, ask digitec, you have to supply it, at your expense. Somewhere digitec even has a form for this (they know the law :-)
On the other side, either a 2-pole CH plug or, if there are 3 poles, remove the middle one. Or (cleaner) a Schuko - T23 adapter, e.g. https://www.brack.ch/max-hauri-...

Alternatively change to Philips HUE, but this also needs a HUE Bridge and this is then controlled e.g. by the app or with ioBroker on Linux. But that's already "smart home".
