Nouba Quattro 4-Color Eyeshadow No. 607

Nouba Quattro is a combination of four baked matte eyeshadows. The exclusive selection of ingredients and the use of the most innovative technologies for the micronization of raw materials make these eyeshadows truly unique. They feature an incomparably soft, lightweight, and barely noticeable texture, providing good coverage, long-lasting wear, and a matte finish. Rich, harmoniously coordinated colors: 1 light shade for base or highlights, 2 medium shades for multi-color effects, and 1 dark shade for eyeliner or contrast. Lipophilic powders and light-reflecting pigments maintain the hydro-lipid film and create an optical anti-aging effect. Rosemary extract acts as an antioxidant and has a soothing effect. Sunflower oil provides a softening effect.

Application: Apply the Nouba Quattro with eyeshadow brushes. Wet and dry application is possible.
