Microphone arm (or a combined option) that can be mounted on an Ergotron 3.5cm pole?

Hello together For weeks now I've been looking for a microphone arm or a way to mount it on my "Ergotron LX Dual" post (3.5cm) in a clever and chic way. It's a huge jungle with many almost possibilities and despite the fact that there could be exactly such a product on the market, there is practically none. It is a pity that Ergotron (with their high quality product) has not also entered this market. The only one that looked promising was the "Viozon Selfie desktop live", but in the end it was just as bad as the rest. Therefore, in a desperate act, I turn to you, esteemed Digitec community. Monkey together strong! My thoughts so far have been: Tube clamps (not really chic) and then with e.g. the "Elgato Flexarm". No common microphone arm would work this way. Simply attaching an arm with a table clamp (extremely ugly) would probably not work. I would also prefer to get past the screen horizontally and not upside down. However, modifying an additional Ergotron LX arm (aesthetically the best option) is practically impossible. The Vesa pivot is solidly riveted. And many other things that I can't remember right now. I'm hoping someone might have an idea on a connector, arm or otherwise. Mechanical knowledge and possibilities around drillings, threads and other things would be available. Unfortunately I don't have milling machines and lathes.

Is there a microphone arm with a table mount over 7cm?

Is there a possibility to buy a microphone arm with a clamp over 7cm? I'm open to a little tinkering as long as it doesn't damage the table.
