I'm looking for in-ear headphones with the best ANC. Phone calls are not important, music sound is also secondary. Music is only needed as background music.
I mainly need these for travelling and sleeping on the plane/train.
I have researched the following 2 products:
-Technics EAH-AZ100E
-Sony wf-1000xm5
Can anyone recommend other systems with top ANC? Or does anyone have experience with my requirements with the 2 products mentioned above?
I am looking for an over-ear headset or headphones for home use (office, movies, games) that do not suppress ambient noise so that I can hear when someone speaks to me or the doorbell rings. Preferably wireless.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
There are apparently two model series of the Beats Studio Pro wireless headphones: one has a manufacturer's number ending in ZM/A, the other in EE/A. The prices are very different: the MQTR3EE/A model in the colour Sandstone costs a hefty CHF 439 at Digitec, whereas the MQTR3ZM/A model is available for CHF 263. What is the difference, why the different price?
Multipoint in ear headphones - with more than two devices...
Is multipoint actually limited to two devices (if so, why multipoint??) or are there headphones that accept more than 2 devices (I hope so).... I'm looking for in-ear headphones that work with two smartphones (iOs and Android) and one PC and one tablet (iOs) ;-).
Hello all
What are your experiences with headphones while skiing?
Better said, which headphones last at high minus temperatures?
thanks for a short info/answer

Does anyone know if there are replacement pads for this product anywhere? Or does anyone still have usable ones?

I am looking for a bluetooth headset (over ear if possible) with a charging base. It's for an elderly person and so connecting a USB cable is too complicated. The headset should be independent and the charging base should only be used to charge the headset (not to connect to a jack or other audio connector to another device).
Hello dear Digitec Community
I've been looking for a new daily driver with ANC for about 2 months. I've been using the Beats Solo Wireless, but after 5 years the ear pads have disintegrated and I don't want to invest much more in the headphones. Some colleagues of mine have the Sony XM4 and XM5, both "camps" prefer their version. The XM4 are foldable, the XM5 are said to have better ANC and I personally like them better. Looking at the product cycle, new XM6s would be due this summer. However, I have heard in some Hi-Fi forums that Sony will probably wait another year. Now my question to you, would it make sense to buy a now old XM4, is the XM5 still up to date enough, or should I wait - however long it takes - for the XM6? Are there any other models that are comparable? For me, wireless, ANC and high wearing comfort are the most important features. Whether they are foldable doesn't really matter.

Hello dear Community

I am very knowledgeable when it comes to audio, headphones (KH) and wireless technologies, but I have a very special case where I need your support!
Due to circumstances, I have too much administrative work to do and not much time to evaluate products, so I really appreciate any input you can give me <3
My grandmother had a stroke and had to go to a nursing home in a double room.
She wants to watch TV but the roommate interferes and they don't have a solution from the nursing home, so we have to organise KH.
She can't put on or operate the KH herself. This is done by the nursing staff and must therefore be as simple as possible, because otherwise they are overwhelmed with the operation.
As soon as the TV comes on, no sound is allowed to come out of the speakers, because the neighbour is annoyed by it, so the docking station or a transmitter must be connected via the optical out or the 3.5 mm output.
I currently have a Bluetooth transceiver from Avantree, but the problem is that it always switches off and resets the volume.
So the KH should preferably have a dock with charging function and automatically switch on and connect when the KH is removed from the dock.
This is how it should work without pressing any button on the KH, dock or transceiver after the initial installation:_
1. switch on the TV
2. remove the KH from the dock
3. put on the KH

--- Specifications --
Wireless KH
- Over-ear, or on-ear
- as light as possible
Docking station
- Automatic on/connect function of the KH when removed from the dock
- Optical In / 3.5mm In
Does anyone know of such a complete solution, or with which products KH and transceiver this can be realised?
Many thanks and best regards
Andrew
