As the title says, I'm a complete noob when it comes to this medium. Nevertheless, I've been thinking that I'd like to support my favourite artists more and have their albums physically in my possession like I used to. Now, what should I look for when buying a turntable? Especially regarding output -> what does a loudspeaker have to be able to do so that I can enjoy the music at all? Please explain technical audio stuff to me like I'm stupid, I just know what a 3.5 jack is and where to plug it in.

Under the classic brand name DUAL, high-quality turntables made in Germany are also being sold (again); unfortunately, Digitec currently only offers the cheap models purchased externally and labelled DUAL. Couldn't the range be expanded to include some higher-quality models (CS-465), especially since the brand itself is on offer?

Hello all The Magnat MTT 990 turntable is new and can be bought here at a reasonable price. Question: Does it come complete with the MM Audio Technica AT 95E cartridge? I am looking for a record player that can be connected to a PC. In principle, a pure record reader or record "drive". Connection with Bluetooth and/or WiFi would be nice to have. Since my vinyl collection is relatively small, a cheaper model would be preferable. Does anyone have any ideas?

As the title says, I'm looking for a turntable between 400-500 francs. I have my eye on the Thorens TD-170-1 or the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Esprit SB. Fully automatic or manual doesn't really matter to me. Which would be the better choice? Or something completely different? It should certainly be black.
