Stream from PC to TV - Gaming
Hello together I'm moving into a new flat soon and am facing the following setup problem, which I would like your experience and tips on. My gaming PC is in the office and the TV is in the living room. Unfortunately, the distance between the rooms is too great for a classic HDMI cable. In addition, the Bluetooth connection for the controller and headset doesn't reach the PC when I'm sitting on the sofa. (Approximate distance tested at my current location) The aim would be as follows: - Play on the TV from the sofa while the PC is in the office - Good picture quality and the lowest possible latency - Use of controller and headset in the living room - If I want to play on the PC in the office, everything should continue to work normally - No constant plugging and unplugging of Bluetooth dongles - Internet/LAN available (1 Gbit) My question: How would you solve this setup sensibly? I am open to streaming solutions (PC → TV), hardware tips or other clever tricks that have proven themselves in practice. If relevant: - TV in the living room - Gaming PC connected via LAN - Controller & headset currently via Bluetooth I look forward to hearing about your experiences, recommendations and possible stumbling blocks. Many thanks in advance!
