Need 1080p, apparently the Iogear Ultra-Fast Video Extender can only do 4K

I would like to know if there are also such transmitters here with which you can also gamble (switch on tv).

Hello Digitec, Are there any plans to add the IOGEAR Ultra-Fast 60GHz Wireless 4K UHD Transmitter and Receiver Kit (https://www.iogear.com/product...) Wireless HDMI Transmitter to the range? According to research, this is the only 4K Wireless HDMI Transmitter (frame rate still unknown (24p, 30p, 50p, 60p)). Or have you found any alternatives? Thank you & greetings

My goal is to transmit the Dolby Audio signal from one end of the room to the other, preferably wirelessly. I have an Apple TV 4K box and a 4K Acer VL7860 projector which I can connect via HDMI. The Acer projector has 2 HDMI ports and only one of them supports 4K. I don't think the Acer beamer can pass the audio signal from one HDMI port to the other. I have not found anything about this. Does anyone know? Alternatively, I would like to extract the Dolby audio signal with a splitter box, but keep the HDMI cable-based connection to the beamer. Does anyone have a recommendation for this? Last but not least, I would like to bring the Dolby audio signal to the other side of the living room. Preferably wirelessly. I find it hard to identify the right components as it is often unclear which standards are actually supported / needed. Thanks for any hints / ideas!

Hello I am in the process of setting up a home cinema. The AVR and projector are already in place, but I still need the connection between them. It occurred to me that there are already solutions for HTC Vive and the like that should even manage 90fps at the appropriate resolution, at 60GHz transmission frequency. Something similar should be comparatively simple for stationary cinema use - and if the Vive kit only costs 350 euros, not particularly expensive either. Now there are already a few products available. However, the reviews are few and very varied. Surprisingly, many of them have been around for a long time and use older technologies accordingly (2.4GHz ??), others are wickedly expensive. Now I don't necessarily shy away from higher prices if I know the product is worth it. Could one of the Digitec team perhaps test what the different things can do? I'm sure it would make an interesting article! Especially in terms of delay (suitable for gamers or not), compression losses, stability in connection with WiFi, technologies used, etc., there's certainly a lot that could be said. Thank you!

I need to purchase a wireless transmission system for our meeting room. The eligibility is quite simple: * Transmission from HDMI, maximum Full HD. Mostly display PowerPoint presentations. Occasionally film short films. * 2x HDMI inputs -> Two laptops are connected here * 1x HDMI output -> It is connected to our beamer * Distance between the source devices and the receiver: Maximum 3m * There is no wall in between. So, the transmitter is at the bottom and the receiver is at the top. Sound is not so important. The speakers of the beamer are not good anyway. Now I first tested with the "Purelink ProSpeed WHD030-V2". The quality was very good. But now we need two inputs. Now I have found these systems: * Optoma WHD200 * Marmitek GigaView 821 "Aten VE809 HDMI Extender Which of the three systems is better? Are there any other alternatives? Thanks a lot Greetings Josef
