Yes, that should work 👍 Look here: https://www.eizo.at/referenzen/flexscan/huk-coburg/
Hello The USB ports only work with the USB-C port.
I paid 1243.- new in March 2021 and do not know the second-hand prices today.
This monitor does not have a KVM built in, so connecting two PCs and then switching the inputs via USB is not possible, but since it has four video inputs, you can show the image of 4 PCs on the display. However, I don't know how useful this could be. A KVM function would certainly be more useful. For the price, you certainly get good hardware, but in my opinion, this screen with built-in KVM and 4K UHD would be more optimal and can control two PCs. It even has two USB-C ports: BenQ PD3220U (3840 x 2160 Pixels, 31.50 ")
Thats the Resolution, not the Monitor - we use 4 diffrent 4k Montiors (27-55 4k) and the resolution is in native allways somewhat small... 55' goes, but is not desktop-friendly (is for verifying/tv-Proof)... Br
That should work. I can also connect my MS Surface Go via USB C to the Eizo 3385. The video signal is transmitted perfectly and the MS Surface Go is powered at the same time. In addition, other USB devices can be connected to the monitor, which are then automatically connected to the Surface as well. Very good thing. I can only recommend the monitor, great value for money, especially with the current cash back promotion from Eizo Switzerland.
For reasons of signal quality (at higher data rates or resolutions), I would leave adapters alone. This is also based on painful experience. If I understand correctly, an output device (e.g. computer) with DisplayPort output is to be connected to the monitor (HDMI input). I would try to do this with the appropriate cable from DisplayPort to HDMI, for example article 11615151 at Digitec. I have no experience of my own, especially with regard to HDCP compatibility, as I don't need it myself. However, the devil could be in the detail - for example, if the device with DisplayPort output does not output HDCP2.2 on an "electrical" HDMI signal via the same, but only if the DisplayPort protocol is also used "electrically").
As far as I understand 163W is the maximum power consumption, including loading your MAC or PC over the USB-C port and also power for one of the USB port on the left-hand side of the monitor. I use two such monitors (one at work, one at home), and it is never warm, it seems very energy efficient. Also, it can automatically adjust brightness to room conditions with its integrated light sensor, which further reduces consumption. Great monitor in my opinion. Einfach tip-top.
I have submitted the refund request and am now waiting for the amount to arrive. So far I have not received any notification. As soon as I receive the amount, I will report here.
According to my research this should work, you still have HDMI connection.
Everything is part of the price. The important question is: is it cheaper now with the competition or still more expensive?

No, what makes you think that? :-) The designation is country-specific, as the device can differ from country to country.
