Jabra Engage 65 Stereo
Wireless, USB-A
Good evening Tijnee, as far as I know you can't connect more than one headphone to the Bassisstation, maybe check with Digitec support. I apologise for not knowing the full answer to this question and for not being able to give you a better answer. Have a good evening. Chriba services.
There is the option of outputting the ringtone in the headset, but you only hear it when actually wearing it. The range of the headset is good, but for production I would rather work with DECT phones, as there can be problems especially with multiple Bluetooth devices.
The headset is connected to the docking station using DECT radio technology (not Bluetooth). The docking charging station is connected via USB. It is not possible to connect this headset directly without the docking station. If this is desired, one could use a Jabra Evolve2 65, which could be connected directly to a computer via Bluetooth, but this is also an absolutely bad idea, because an Evolve2 65 comes with a USB audio dongle, which then creates a much more stable connection with the headset (the dongle is Bluetooth, but from the PC it is recognised as an audio device). So always use the USB dongle supplied with Bluetooth headsets. The certification for e.g. Teams or Zoom and Co. is only valid together with these.
There are two of us, sometimes three, with a distance of about 2m. Absolutely no problem, sound quality is very good and the surrounding voices are filtered well. I can only recommend the headset.
Yes, it works perfectly. Both the button on the headset and on the station.
I use the engage 65 stereo every day and am thrilled with the sound quality. I chose the engage 65 because the engage 75 didn't do so well in a test regarding sound, but I didn't test it myself. In addition, DECT was a must for me as a radio protocol (much better range), because Bluetooth and WLan share the same frequencies, it can lead to problems (but doesn't have to). I have not tested whether the Jabra headset with DECT can be registered directly with an external base station.
The headset is sold with its stand
No. You need the base station for that.
I have a Jabra Engage 65 Stereo in my office and I am fully satisfied. Answering calls by pressing the button on the headset works perfectly. Check the settings, carry out a software update (connect the USB cable to the computer and install Jabra Direct) or if you have a lot of Dect phones in use, then the transmission power must be increased slightly (Device Settings/Base/DECT environment-->Dense).
