Have you tried it via the USB-C port? That worked for me
which 49 inch LG monitor is best suited for pure home office use? I work with a Mac Book Pro Chip M1
Hello Patrizio - The 49WL95C-W (5120 x 1440 pixels, 49") is ideal for office applications (2 windows next to each other, good resolution and efficient working). Plug in the USBC and you're good to go. I mainly use the LG 49 inch screen for video editing. LG
The USB ports are controlled via the USB-C connection. This means that if you connect the end device with USB-C to the monitor, the USB ports will work.
Unfortunately, this is not guaranteed in every case and at every order time, even if an item is available for immediate delivery, it also depends on the time of day you order, and the Digitec Shop can usually help you with the relevant information. However, if a lot of orders have to go out on the same day, it can happen that a parcel does not make it in time. However, if the package is listed in the order status as shipped in the afternoon for a morning order, then you can expect it to arrive the next day. It's always a bit of luck, because you can't see 100% how many people might order the same item. In general, I would say that if you order in the morning, you have a very good chance of receiving the goods on the same day if they are still in stock.
The input you have connected may not have been recognised. In this case, press the button at the back on the right, then press "Input" on the left and use up/down to select the input via which you have connected your PC.
https://www.apple.com/chde/mac-mini/specs/ Resolution should be supported.
First, verify that it supports 5120 x 1440. Most MacBook Airs don't (2019 doesn't). They support 5120 x 2880, but for some reason not this. That appears to be a software issue (according to some articles I've seen, Windows on the same macbook supports that). I think any Mac that can support one of these will most certainly support two (look at Apple list of supported resolutions to verify; consider a 15-16 inch Macbook pro with non-intel graphics card).
can have mine https://www.tutti.ch/de/vi/uri/computer-zubehoer/komponenten-zubehoer/49-ultrawide-monitor-mit-gaslift-arm-bildschirmhalterung/41349070
I run the monitor with exactly this graphics card via USB-C output on the laptop with 5120x1440 @60Hz, i.e. in maximum resolution, and everything runs fine and fast. System specs (work laptop): HP zbook 14u G6 I5-8365u @1.6ghz, 4 cores 16gb ram Intel UHD Graphics 620 USB-C input/output with 3.1 (Thunderbolt 3) Please keep in mind if you often share your screen: with the 2×27" you can share the individual screens with the "small" resolution. With the 49", you may have to lower the resolution to share (or share individual apps). The monitor can be perfectly divided virtually into different areas, but sharing via e.g. teams always transfers the full resolution (unless you share an app, which is tedious if you want to jump when sharing). Otherwise, the monitor is a great part, especially if you work a lot with Excel (with many columns), coding, etc., as you can display an enormous width; also good: the monitor recharges the laptop via the USB-C (hope your laptop has a USB-C output), i.e. you only have to have one cable in the laptop and the rest goes into the monitor (mouse, keyboard, headset, etc).
No. All MBP 13' can be connected but only show the inferior HD resolution. There are some cheaper ultrawides for HD resolution. I researched for a long time and found no way out. Only works with 15' and 16' MBP because they have an external graphics card.
If I understood correctly from our IT man, then it really works for us because of additional KVM switches.
I use it with a MacBook Pro 16" -> I don't like it at all. Watching films etc. is cool, but I don't find it practical for work. I will sell the device and get two real 4k monitors.
It may be that the graphics card is not powerful enough for the full resolution. What resolution do you currently have and what graphics card are you working with?
From a purely data throughput point of view, it should work (5120 x 1440 is less "difficult to drive" than 4k), but unfortunately I couldn't find any tests online that could confirm this resolution...
Pricing (everywhere) is made up of several factors. Galaxus employees have often written that price changes are, for example, daily price adjustments that develop from the conditions of the respective suppliers, among other things. The current price also depends on such factors. If there was a promotion involving special equipment, there may have been a reason. It is worth reading the small print of promotions.
I have already attached weaker laptops. It has always worked well. USB-C is important, as HDMI cannot do this.
Yes, this works perfectly. At least with me. I quickly attached the MacBook Pro and the PS 4 at the same time for your question and tested it. With the monitor, you can simply select the two ports and display both devices at the same time.
Hello, the data sheet for the monitor is attached in the product description. You can read on the first page in line 9 that the monitor has a USB-C connection with 85W DB power.
