There is nothing at all to be said for these adapters. I would buy a native 18-135 with E mount. It's not that expensive. Everything else is rubbish. The LA-EA4 turns the mirrorless into an SLT camera with a 10-year-old AF system. The LA-EA5 uses the AF system of the camera. But it only works with some new cameras. I don't know if the ZV-E10 is included. But it is not worth adapting a mediocre old 18-135.

1. yes is possible 2. the AF cannot keep up with that of a native E-mount lens. So it's only worth it if the lens is already there and you don't need the fastest AF. 3. since it is an SSM lens, you could also use an LA-EA3. The LA-EA5 can also provide AF with old rod AF lenses but not with the A7III, only with newer cameras like the A7RIV and also the A6600.

Theoretically, that should work. Whether such an expensive adapter for a superzoom is worthwhile remains to be seen. Neither Tamron nor Sony will guarantee the function. You will have to test it yourself. The autofocus will certainly not be as good as with a native lens.
