Hello, this happens all the time. Simply contact customer service and they will send you an adapter free of charge. Normally it is simply included, but this time it seems to have been forgotten.

The boiling tray does not dissolve (so far), but it does turn brown over time and has to be cleaned with limescale remover or similar. What is more annoying is that the chrome foil on the lid housing peels off over time. It no longer looks nice. What's more, the container itself doesn't stay shiny and silvery. On the other hand, the quality of the eggs is just right once you have determined the right amount of water.

Works without an adapter in Switzerland. A type 11 plug is fitted.

Hello, with the egg cooker, the switch-off (alarm) works purely according to the amount of water. You decide, with little water you get a soft egg and vice versa a hard egg. In my opinion, this is a great appliance and I would buy another one immediately.

For this I recommend the good old cooking pot. All egg cookers are not designed for goose eggs (or ostrich eggs or quail eggs), neither in terms of size nor in terms of the preset "cooking time". I would suggest you contact customer service to have the missing adapter sent to you free of charge instead of posting something here in the community and not having a solution ;-)
