For vacuuming/mopping you need the Combitank supplied. If you only want to mop (without vacuuming), this requires the optional "water-only tank" (must be ordered separately). Unfortunately, this is not really understandable from the answer in the app. It was the same for me.
According to our information, German can be selected as the language in the app.
I also know this message, but only for about half a year. I have neither changed location nor router. I therefore ignore the message and everything works as before.
Provided there is no longer a guarantee. Unscrew the wheel, it's very easy. Blow through everything again and put it back in.
Was the mop robot operated with distilled water or just tap water? I only use filtered water in mine because normal tap water can be very chalky depending on the region. Deposits could actually clog the pump system. If there is a possibility to clean these components, I would decalcify them if possible.
Yes, this is possible, you can switch from Y-pattern mopping to S-pattern mopping in the Xiaomi Mi Home app. There is also a video about this (note that the sound is annoying and quite loud): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6WUhngQKgM
When you open the app, you have to wait a few seconds until the device connects to the app. Then the device should appear in green on the display, where the charging station is, only then does the selected area work.
In order for the first map to be saved, the robot hoover should be able to travel the entire living area completely and without interruption and then successfully return to the docking station. During the first journey, make sure to remove everything that could interfere with the journey. Once the first map has been saved, you can adjust it and, for example, draw in prohibited areas.
In the description I read 550 ml 😏 rather fits
think at digitec or other providers !
I also had problems getting the robot hoover connected to wifi. My new router could not connect to it. It finally worked with an older WiFi router. My guess is that the robot hoover only supports older WiFi standards. What is certain is that it only works with 2.4 Ghz.
No, the 1S has no mop function and is made by Roborock. However, the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro is made by Viomi, it is basically a Viomi V2 Pro i.e. getting spare parts is very difficult. Instead of the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop, I would go for the Roborock S5 Max or the S6 Pure because Roborock spare parts are much easier to get. The Roborock S6 Pure is better, quieter, has better features and costs almost the same as a Mi Vacuum Robot Mop Pro.
Yes, the robot vacuum cleaner is for the Swiss market. The instructions, as well as the app and the voice output of the vacuum cleaner, are available in German. The charging cable is (as far as I remember) a Swiss plug.
Well, I had a roomba before this one that was a bit noisy, but this one I have to say is really quiet.
These are just different names for the same product.
Mine came with 2 wipes. It should be noted that this version is stuck with the totally outdated firmware .17 and no update is in sight. All attempts to get the update from the Chinaserver have so far been unsuccessful. Price fluctuations possibly because the device was on Kickstarter and different entry prices exist.
According to research, this is the appropriate replacement: Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Filter (1x)
STYTJ02YM "Xiami Mi Robot Vacum Mop-P" It seems to be the international version of the STYJ02YM, current firmware says up-to-date at v .17, which is not that great, but it's stable. (no multi-floor until v .43 or something, China is over .50 in the china mainland firmware...since MONTHS.) DNS overwrite to get a decent firmware does not work.
