For fitness training, the original Gymstick is available in the colors Green (light), Blue (medium), Black (strong), Silver (extra strong), and Gold (maximum strong). Depending on the stick version and fitness exercise, resistance levels of 1-30 kg can be achieved. In addition to the original Gymstick and the resistance tubes, the package includes a fitness workout poster, a link for online training, and a carrying bag for space-saving storage. The novelty: thanks to the Quick Lock mechanism, the fiberglass stick can be disassembled into 2 parts.
