The Gymstick Original 2.0 is a versatile resistance trainer that is ideal for fitness and therapy applications. With a length of 130 cm and a Quick Lock mechanism, the fiberglass rod can be easily disassembled into two parts, making it convenient for handling and transport. The padded grip provides a comfortable hold during workouts. At the ends of the rod, resistance bands with foot loops are attached, allowing for individual resistance adjustment from 1 to 30 kg.
