Resistance: Strong. The Gymstick Resistance Trainer 2.0 is a 130 cm long fiberglass stick with a padded grip area. At each end, there are resistance bands with foot loops. For fitness training, the original Gymstick is available in the colors Green (light), Blue (medium), Black (strong), Silver (extra strong), and Gold (maximum strength). Depending on the stick version and fitness exercise, resistance levels of 1-30 kg can be achieved. In addition to the included original Gymstick and resistance tubes, a fitness workout poster, a link for online training, and a carrying bag for space-saving storage are also included. The novelty: Thanks to the Quick Lock mechanism, the fiberglass stick can be disassembled into 2 parts.
