The Gymstick resistance trainer 2.0 is a 130 cm long fibreglass bar with a padded grip surface. There are resistance bands with foot straps at each end. For fitness training, the Original Gymstick is available in the colours green (light), blue (medium), black (strong), silver (extra strong) and gold (maximum strength). Depending on the stick version and fitness exercise, resistances of 1-30 kg can be achieved. In addition to the original Gymstick and the resistance tubes, a fitness workout poster, a link for online training and a carrying bag for space-saving storage are also included in the scope of delivery.
