The wireless timer switch is a battery-operated timer for controlling radio receivers. It is an extremely flat surface-mounted device that can be easily screwed or glued on (no flush-mounted box required). It features a modern design with a large illuminated display with contrast adjustment and is available in Ultra White, including a frame, battery, and mounting plate. It serves as a central unit for controlling and programming radio receivers and offers extensive automation functions such as standard/weekly/daily programs, a random function, and an astronomical function that allows devices to be controlled based on dawn and dusk according to the postal code. The graphical user interface and 5-way navigation enable user-friendly operation. With the wireless timer switch, up to 20 devices can be controlled and configured individually or together. Additionally, this control offers a blind function, allowing for a tip operation to be set. The control is designed according to DIN 49075 and can be integrated into all common switch series using intermediate frames. The summer/winter time change occurs automatically, and a key lock can be set to prevent unwanted operation. It is powered by a CR 2450 battery and has a supply voltage of 3 V. The battery life is approximately 1.5 years with display lighting and 3 years without display lighting, based on 5 switching operations per day. The transmission frequency is 434.5 MHz, and the transmission power is a maximum of 10 mW. In open fields, a range of about 100 m is achieved, while indoors it reaches about 30 m (depending on the building materials). The wireless home timer can operate at temperatures between +5 °C and +40 °C. Its dimensions are 50 x 50 x 12 mm (L x W x H).
