The roller shutter timer with the flexible astro closing function adjusts to the changing twilight times throughout the year, evening after evening. This convenient timer automatically controls your roller shutter drive according to your preferences: at the same time every day, or at one time during the week and a different time on the weekend. To make it harder for potential burglars to estimate presence—especially during absences due to vacation—a random function can vary the programmed opening and closing times randomly within a ±15 minute range. It is immediately usable without programming, with a standard daily and weekly program pre-set from the factory. Manual raising or lowering is possible at any time with the push of a button.

The timer offers 4 operating modes: manual (automatics off), automatic (time control), automatic with astro function, and random (programmed times with random variation of up to ±15 minutes). A new time for daily raising or lowering at the same time can be entered at any time with a simple button press (memory function). The automatic mode allows for a daily program: raising or lowering at the same time every day or a weekly program (raising and lowering at different times during the week and on the weekend). The astro function can be activated for automatic lowering of the shutters at twilight in the evening.

The backup time is 1 hour for data retention in case of a power outage. The timer is suitable for flush mounting (diameter 58 mm, depth 40 mm) and compatible with installation frames (inner dimensions 50 x 50 mm) from many manufacturers. The switching capacity is 3 A/250 V and is designed for indoor use with an IP 20 rating. Operation is at 230 V.
