Items that should be clearly blocked in the invoice and archived with a unique number were changed without my knowledge and replaced with something I didn't buy! This is a huge failing for the website technical team and Gallus' finances. A company that does not know that invoice data must not be manipulated after final payment, that each invoice number is unique and that a general change to the invoice may only be made with the consent or at the request of the buyer and recorded under a new number should be reprimanded! Is it possible to buy something, pay for it, wait 10 days and suddenly find the same invoice number for a different product? Who is authorised to change the invoice items at Gallus? Which administrator has this authorisation to change the items on the invoice? Really unbelievable! A bad experience with my first purchase from Gallus! I will definitely return the parcel! I hope the structure of Gallus works properly in the further return process. I have both invoices, the original invoice and the tampered invoice. My invoice number is 167512612. I ordered PHS memory suitable for HP 17-cn0499nf (1 x 32 GB), but received PHS memory suitable for HP 17-cn0499nf (1 x 8 GB). As the invoice has been paid, nobody can change the invoice items. The invoice should remain in the system with this number. How could someone change the item entered in the invoice? If the item is not available, the invoice must be rejected because it is not in stock. The invoice will then be closed! You have entered a different item under the same invoice number! This system error in Gallus is unbelievable!

Hello together I have two monitors in use. One is a Philps 34SB (maximum resolution 3440X1440) and the other is an AOC CQ32G4 (maximum resolution 2560x1080). I'm currently using an HP DOK G5. But somehow it doesn't have enough power to run both monitors at their maximum resolution. Question: Which docking station has enough power to allow me to connect my Lenovo ThinkPad and achieve the maximum resolution on both monitors? Thank you in advance.

It's often down to the detail. The programme view is basically good in a 1:1 comparison with Swisscom, but in my opinion it performs worse. - You can see the programmes of 5 channels in full compared to the 7 channels of Swisscom. - The programme font at Swisscom, despite being more compact and tending to be smaller, is a lot sharper. - The channel logos on the left-hand side are too small on smaller TVs, e.g. 40", and are easier to read on Swisscom.

The Digitec search function is unfortunately useless here because connection A and connection B are handled quite freely. (Perhaps superfluous: My GPU has no USBc port and my screen has no HDMI)

Hi Zämä The basic discussion is already in the title. Briefly about my situation, I have a 4 TB external hard drive (Toshiba min. 5 years old) on which I create a weekly backup via Windows and a system image so that I have a backup in the event of a Windows crash or whatever else happens. Now the 4 TB are already full so that I can no longer make the backup. I would continue to make the backup on the hard drive and also important files/photos etc. for me personally. but only the important ones otherwise I use the Google Cloud (yes, that's true for me :D) Then it occurred to me that I actually need a second hard drive in case the first one crashes. Now to the question: Should I get two WD elements (example) and back up the whole thing that way or should I get a NAS? I've been tempted to buy a NAS for a while, but I've always rejected it because I know that I won't use it enough in the end. And yet it wouldn't be bad for a backup, but only for the backup and a few files/photos. As you can see, I'm torn. I'm also not a layman in the whole thing or shy away from the effort involved in a NAS. I just need some input from the dear Community now, maybe something good will come out of it. Thank you very much for the answers.

Do you also have problems with data connections abroad? My 5 family members, all with different devices, report this problem again and again. Also in different countries: Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria... The mobile phone is registered in the network, but rarely establishes a data connection. For example: Croatia, Huawei P Smart Plus only works on Telemach network, Samsung A40 only on Tmobile network.

I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my order for a Joule Performance PC, placed recently on your site. At the time of my purchase, the item was marked "5 pieces in stock with supplier, delivered the day after tomorrow", which was the reason for my decision to buy. I absolutely needed this machine to replace my design computer, which had broken down, so that I could continue with my current projects without interruption. But this morning, just as the delivery was due to take place, I discovered to my great surprise and disappointment that the delivery date had been postponed without any further indication of the deadline. No explanation, no prior communication - just this laconic mention of a 'delay', which is unacceptable for an item presented as available and delivered quickly. I therefore request clear and immediate information on the new effective delivery date, as well as an explanation of this unjustified delay. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a very short time, I will be forced to consider cancelling the order altogether and buying elsewhere. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

There is already a lot to read about Planzer in the forum. But I can't help but express my anger about the delivery (service). Planzer is the absolute worst there is. Although I still understand that something can be delivered a day later. It can happen. With Planzer, however, nobody really knows when something will be delivered. Message (Monday) parcel collected. Message (Tuesday / 11.05 pm) - delivery not possible Wednesday enquiry to customer service as to why no delivery. The parcel was forgotten to be loaded. HaHa. Question (Wednesday) when will I receive the parcel? Answer, probably not today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. My comment, I will be absent from Friday. Answer, yes in that case delivery on Monday. Sorry, that's just sh.... If I don't receive the parcel today, I will refuse to accept it and Digitec can then negotiate with Planzer itself. As a customer, I feel absolutely ripped off.
