Are there any DJ software that is compatible with Spotify?
Can anyone recommend a Spotify DJ software that I can use to mix favourite music, or a way to import Spotify into a DJ program and mix it?

When searching for different products, I noticed some brands that I don't want to buy for various reasons. If I want to filter accordingly, it's relatively tedious because I then have to select all the brands except the ones I don't want to see. The problem could be easily solved by adding a "Select all" button or link - then you could easily deselect the brands you don't want to see in the results list. This would be extremely practical not only for brands, but also for other search criteria. It would also be excellent if you could sort not only by price, but also by "price per unit". The information is there and is also displayed, so this sorting should be feasible.

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

Hi, I wanted to ask if you would be more likely to switch to Galaxus fibre if instead of the router you were sold a suitable SFP module that you could integrate directly into your existing infrastructure? There are a few people who get round the limitation with spoofing (configuring the SFP module with the information from the Galaxus router), but I think it would be great if this wasn't necessary. There are BBCS compatible SFP modules, so the integration should be easier. What do you think

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Bloody hell, Digitec - it's not that difficult after all: Now I look at the powerbanks and see 36 of them which, according to your specifications, have a capacity of less than 100 mA. Of course these values are not correct. It would be easy to set limits for certain fields, outside of which a human being (how old-fashioned, I know...) would have to keep an eye on it. But instead there is the possibility that customers will report incorrect values - in which case the adaptation of the software is more worthwhile... With correct data, I would find the filter functions extremely useful, but like this... Maybe the Community can somehow create some pressure? What do you think?

I've already taken advantage of at least one good offer of the day, but I generally find that the offers aren't very attractive.

Hello everyone We are looking for a suitable music system for our clubhouse [approx. 120m2). We have two TVs which also need to be integrated into the system. The main use is to listen to music via Spotify and watch sporting events/films on the TVs. We have WLAN in the restaurant, which I also want to use as a communication protocol. For whatever reason, I have the feeling that the solution is a Sonos solution. How many boxes are needed for 120m2? Which ones do you suggest? How can I connect/integrate the TVs? Do you have any ideas for my initial situation? Thank you for your support! Best regards

Caution !!! Aerothane weak point, valve overtightens quickly. Even during assembly, you notice that the plastic thread is too flexible or too thin for the valve and it overtightens with little force and air escapes.

Does anyone have experience with e-scooters for a distance of just over 2 kilometres there and back with 2 inclines? The e-scooter should be robust and low-maintenance and be able to cope with inclines. I am now hesitating between the following brands: Vmax, Segway-Ninebot and Yadea. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Hello, I am looking for a lock for a C2 pro segway scooter. The only possible attachment point is between the front wheel and the frame. I think the following item may fit but there is no indication of the diameter of the handcuff. Can you please give me this information? http://www.galaxus.ch/fr/s3/product/master-lock-serrure-de-menottes-street-cuff-100-cm-antivol-pour-velo-16785341?supplier=406802&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PMax:+PROD_CH_SSC_Cluster_9(C)&campaignid=20488725263&adtype=pla&adgroupid=&adid=&dgCidg=Cj0KCQjw8p7GBhCjARIsAEhghZ0exoQX8Xn_9Q0GHTRRUhuoHoRJpFCCc4TTE9mp2S0I7vQqzGAozSoaAkk3EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&&dgCidg=Cj0KCQjw8p7GBhCjARIsAEhghZ0exoQX8Xn_9Q0GHTRRUhuoHoRJpFCCc4TTE9mp2S0I7vQqzGAozSoaAkk3EALw_wcB&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=19965632112&gbraid=0AAAAADmCc4PTPf1pVld7nteceha_7nmne&gclid=Cj0KCQjw8p7GBhCjARIsAEhghZ0exoQX8Xn_9Q0GHTRRUhuoHoRJpFCCc4TTE9mp2S0I7vQqzGAozSoaAkk3EALw_wcB

I want to banish my mobile from the bedroom. That's why I'm looking for an alarm clock with the same functions as the smartphone, different wake-up times, at least for during the week and at the weekend. Different sounds would also be good and not the shrill piping. Digital or 24-hour format. A minimalist design would also be good. No need for backlight and radio. I'm not the first person looking for this. To be honest, I'm amazed that something like this doesn't exist yet. It's actually like a minimalist I-Pod touch

You can tick the delivery options: with delivery note. What does this mean?

I am looking for a good camera that is particularly suitable for plant photography. It would be important that the macro shots are good, but functions such as time-lapse would also be important to me. The lighting conditions are assured due to the fact that we are dealing with houseplants. However, I would be happy if the camera also works well outdoors in uncontrolled lighting conditions, as I plan to go travelling with it from time to time to photograph plants there too. Budget is approx. 1500 - 2000 CHF for body with lens, but also less.

Couldn't you make a checkbox for '(without specification)' in all categories for all filters? This would make editing much easier...!

I have resold a device that I recently bought from you. Now the buyer says the device is not working properly and I say that it worked perfectly before I sent it. What should I do now that the buyer doesn't want the device and I won't take back a faulty device?

Dear Community & Galaxus, My long shopping history at Galaxus and Digitec has allowed me to take stock over several years. What I have noticed is that I was lucky in my choice of certain products and that they last forever. But a large proportion of products are also defective after a few years or even months because of design errors or even unusable from the start because of design errors. This is frustrating and very unsustainable. - Is there a way to follow specific users with similar usage patterns and learn from their experience with products? - Is there a way to specifically find long-lasting, perfectly designed, sustainable products? Examples: - Lamp with motion sensor: was a fail from the start because it only detects movement 50% of the time. - Fitbit scale: After 1 year it says "software error", not possible to update>Trash. - Lamps for "outdoor use": 3/3 are broken after 6 months outdoors because the solar cell leaks, wires are cheapest. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello everyone. I would like to set up Sonos in our home. I don't have a Sonos product yet. What would you recommend for a device? Children's room / bedroom and in the living area. Is there a good starter set? Can you operate several accounts at the same time? (children's room/living room)? Thank you very much for your help. Greetings Schwingiii

Hello, I'm wondering about the relevance and, above all, the morality of selling products that are banned for use in Switzerland? As a reminder, electric scooters exceeding 20km/h are banned from circulation in Switzerland. Of course, you're bound to tell me that these machines can be used on private land without being on the public highway, but that's an argument in bad faith, because we know where these vehicles end up in the end. Serious accidents are on the increase and Galaxus should ask itself whether it is responsible for some of these accidents.

Hello everyone. I need a new work laptop, which I can use for sound recordings (Rode microphone available, Audacity programme also) and online courses (create). Would be good if it works fast, has a long battery life and very large storage space. Budget up to 1500,-. I used to have an Acer laptop, but it no longer works with the necessary Windows 11 update. I would appreciate any detailed tips, as I don't know my way around. Thank you🫶

Adding a "rising price per litre" filter would be an effective way of finding the right value for money.

Is it just me or has the quality of the packaging at Digitec / Galaxus declined massively? I have been ordering from Digitec / Galaxus for a long time and the following three points have always convinced me: - Service / Support - webshop - Delivery While the first two points still apply to me, this is no longer the case at all with delivery. This statement does not refer to just one order, but to my last 6 orders, each of which was processed directly via Digitec / Galaxus and also delivered in the Digitec / Galaxus box. All these orders were delivered in boxes that were far too large and without any packaging material. As a result, all the product packaging and the carton itself showed scratches, dents and other deformations. Last example yesterday: Several hundred francs of PC components were sent loose in a much too large package together with a 1L bottle of coolant. This really provokes that the 1kg bottle damages any components in the package. The package was also taped at such an angle that the lid of the box was half open on one side. I like the idea of using less packaging material, but not to the extent that it cannot be guaranteed that the products will arrive without damage. Of these orders, one product was delivered damaged (which was replaced by support without any problems) and otherwise the damage was only to the product packaging. Have others also had this experience or am I on a packaging bad streak?
