I am looking for a thermometer/sensor for a mobile application where I can track the temperature remotely via my mobile. WLAN/LAN is therefore not available and a Bluetooth or radio connection is not sufficient. Ideally, the sensor should send the data via mobile phone (possibly with a SIM card). Who knows something like this?

For some time now you have not been respecting delivery times!!! It's unacceptable, it's written delivered the day after tomorrow but it never arrives!!! Several days late. You also list products that are no longer in stock! What's going on?

Apparently there has been a design change on the Digitec website. The watch list and the shopping cart are no longer permanently displayed in the right-hand sidebar on the desktop. Instead, a separate dropdown now opens. In my view, this is more of a step backwards. The permanent overview on the right-hand side of the screen was practical, as you could always see what was currently in the watch list or in the cart (e.g. when putting together PC components). What do you think? Do you think the new solution is better or do you also miss the old sidebar?

Does anyone have any idea which ACCEPTABLE video programme can be used to edit really large video files of 100 GB or more? All the usual programmes Nero, Corel, Magix and Pinnacle go to their knees and either crash straight away, load indefinitely and then hang etc. This is also the case with split programmes, which are also available from Nero or Boilsoft, so I can't split the file into 4 parts, for example, because I can't load them in at all. In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

Digitec can't deliver part of my order and the delivery date is constantly delayed. Can happen. What should not happen, however, is that reminders are then sent. I reported this to Digitec and was assured that they would take me out of the reminder process. Instead, I get another reminder today, this time even with the threat of calling in a debt collection agency. I don't have to understand why digitec would rather scare away customers than set up clean dunning processes that take partial deliveries into account. If you don't get your dunning process right, you'll have problems in other places too. You only have to look at the community (returns, etc.). Since the takeover by MIGROS, things have gone wrong here. I will definitely have to rethink my orders at digitec. What do I get out of free shipping if I then have to spend a few hours on such a shambles?

Look carefully when ordering replacement bottles. The different models of Aarke sparkling water makers have different thread sizes. So annoying and actually a bit stupid to bully the customer like this.

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Hi, I'll try here as Salt refuses to help me. I have a Synology DS218 and recently switched to Salt - since then a connection via DDNS is no longer possible, only with QuickConnect, which is slower and in my opinion less secure. I have opened all ports for Drive and VPN in the fibre box manager, Synology has also checked this, but the ports are and remain closed. Salt writes about this: "As mentioned Salt works with the IPv6, normally purposes (like NAS), are configured for a public IPv4." I'm getting nowhere here. Fortunately, everything works via QuickConnect, but it is, as I said, slow and I would like to be able to set up the solution that suits me. There is practically nothing to be found on YouTube or the Internet about the Salt Fibre Box. Who has experience with it and knows what to do? Salt on the website still: "Functions such as access to your network via the Fiber Box and port forwarding are possible with the IPv6 protocol. If you need to set up an Internet-accessible service with a device that does not yet support IPv6, you can request activation of the public IPv4 address option (CHF 9.95/month)." I'm an amateur user and already pretty proud that I even know what port forwarding is, but my IT latin ends here, and I feel a bit left out in the cold by Salt. Or as they put it: "We offer support for all questions regarding your fibre connection as well as the devices and services included in the Salt Fiber offer (Internet, TV, fixed-line telephony) within the scope of "normal private use" in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions." 1) Day/Night pads - I think itś important to be able to filter between day and night pads especially as they are advertized like that and the size and absorbancy differs on that 2) Wings/No Wings pads - makes a big difference to be able to filter on wings/no wings pads because its an important criteria in choosing the right ones

Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"? The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.

Dear Galaxus A helmet is an important, if not THE MOST IMPORTANT accessory for a motorcyclist. Galaxus does not even specify the exact material, let alone the ECE number. Therefore, to all those who want to buy a helmet from Galaxus... Go into the shop, try on the helmet, get advice, and when you have found the right one, be fair and pay the slightly higher price for the fact that you have found the right helmet for you thanks to the advice. In my opinion, it is completely understandable that unpacked helmets from Galaxus cannot be returned. What if the helmet fell off when you were unpacking it or trying it on? Would you still buy this helmet if you knew that? And what if everything looks to be in its original packaging and you have an accident and it turns out that the helmet was damaged? Who would be liable then? So, for your own protection and that of Galaxus, play it safe and go to the specialist dealer in the shop and get expert advice! Better safe than sorry.

We are looking for a tablet that can withstand daily drops, has an up-to-date operating system and where the manufacturer offers general updates and support over a longer period of time. The device is only needed for internet access and for taking notes, at most a photo or short video. No gaming. WLAN is sufficient but WPA3 would be mandatory. Is there such a thing?

Last week I ordered via Galaxus from the distribution partner 24apotheke.ch "magnesium diasporal Magnesium Activ Direct 60 pieces, sachet, 154 g" for CHF 18.42 per piece. The parcel arrived - included: "magnesium diasporal Magnesium Activ Direct 20 pieces, sachet, 34 g" A call to the pharmacy has so far only revealed that the manager is not there. I have emailed her, but so far no reply. Does (did) anyone else have this problem and how was (is) it solved? Should Galaxus be informed?
