The advertisements with the user comments were very funny, but with time they got a bit boring. The new ad, on the other hand, is a disaster. Fun factor = zero, attention value deep down below that: you don't even WANT to know who buys what and where, it's completely annoying. Currently using Intel I210-T1 but wishing to change to 10Gb. Seems there are no clear winning cards out there TP-link and Asus have reputation for running hot throttling and driver issues. Starlink seems to have some options but a serious price tag. Anyone gone through this already? Running windows 11, motherboard Prime Z390-P, only pci-e x4 slots free Thoughts?

It's a shame that Galaxus no longer sells darts products itself. Sure, there's MyDarts as a retailer on your platform, but the prices are very high and it's better to order directly from MyDarts. But what I miss there, apart from the exemplary service, is the possibility to throw the darts. At Galaxus you can do this easily and return them within 30 days with packaging and a minimum discount of CHF 5.00 or 10 %. It would be really cool if you could expand your own range a little and, above all, keep it up to date. There are various product launches from different manufacturers throughout the year.

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The disadvantage of digitalisation is that everything is supposed to be automatic, but there are probably no experts who know how to use the tools or how to program them. I really had to laugh out loud that my order from 29.11.2025 was delivered on 10.12.2024. I have now made a loss report as my order has not actually arrived yet.

Please make sure that products are not sent for dispatch in packaging that is too large. We often receive small orders in Galaxus packaging that is far too large. What a waste!

I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my order for a Joule Performance PC, placed recently on your site. At the time of my purchase, the item was marked "5 pieces in stock with supplier, delivered the day after tomorrow", which was the reason for my decision to buy. I absolutely needed this machine to replace my design computer, which had broken down, so that I could continue with my current projects without interruption. But this morning, just as the delivery was due to take place, I discovered to my great surprise and disappointment that the delivery date had been postponed without any further indication of the deadline. No explanation, no prior communication - just this laconic mention of a 'delay', which is unacceptable for an item presented as available and delivered quickly. I therefore request clear and immediate information on the new effective delivery date, as well as an explanation of this unjustified delay. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a very short time, I will be forced to consider cancelling the order altogether and buying elsewhere. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Digitec claims that it does not have access to Swiss Post to redirect consignments. Swiss Post hides behind possible misuse situations and refuses to return the parcel to the sender. Experience shows that the parcel will be deposited at its destination despite the lack of a letterbox address and is lost to the customer. So it's nothing but a complete rip-off.

Hello everyone, I occasionally want to make A3 prints at 300 dpi and am now wondering whether 20MP resolution is enough. I currently have the Panasonic G100d MicroFourThirds camera, but would like to switch to APS-C. The Sony 6700 would be cool, but is actually over my budget. Does it make sense to switch from the Panasonic to the Nikon Z50ii if both only have about 20MP? Many thanks & regards, Beny

So I ordered 2 articles yesterday at around 16:00. Both were/are in stock. Order status the next morning: ready to be shipped. It wouldn't be a big deal but digitec keeps advertising this exceptional fast delivery and this is not the first or the second time it's happening. I know, first world problems. But sometimes you rely on the fact that you get what you ordered the next day, as advertised!

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?
