Product from a supplier, Galaxus cannot contact them. Why can't Galaxus replace the item and then settle it with the supplier? Hello everyone, I'm starting to find it very uncool. Every time I want to log in here on the website I have to reset my password. I have just tested it and have done the game 5 times. After you have reset your password you are automatically logged in, which is not bad. But when you log out and log in again, the password is apparently no longer valid. I have tried it several times with the same result. Apparently this is not stored correctly in the database of the website can you please fix this thanks.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a projector for our living room and would like to project the image directly onto a concrete wall. Does that work well, or is a screen worth it? The distance between the projector and the wall is approx. 5.3 m. It will mainly be used in the evenings, once the children are in bed, for movie nights and occasionally for gaming (no fast-paced shooters or similarly demanding games). Are there any Galaxus users here with similar requirements who can share their experiences? Thank you very much for your input!

Hello Team Galaxus In my experience, there are problems with orders in your shop, but unfortunately also consistently with offers from third-party suppliers. It's your support team that gets annoyed because with every order you state when the product will be delivered as specified by the third-party provider, but in my experience the reality is always different. Therefore, my suggestion is to indicate for each product which third-party supplier it is and let the Community rate the suppliers. This will at least give customers the opportunity to avoid orders from unreliable suppliers and you will quickly know which suppliers will damage your image in the long term. The frustration of your customers will rightly shift to the third-party providers. Suppliers who do not adhere to agreements can be weeded out without you having to do much work in the selection process.

I am looking for a mat for my office desk, to go under my keyboard and my arms. The most important criterion: it should not be sticky (so no PVC or similar). Currently, my arms "stick" to the desk and I want to counteract this with a fabric-like material. Unfortunately, there is no material filter. Does anyone know of something suitable? Thanks!

Hello everyone, Are there any considerations or long-term plans to provide a public REST API for Digitec Galaxus or is such a thing conceivable in principle? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. I would be interested to know whether there are already statements or discussions on this or whether a public API is deliberately not planned. Thank you very much.

Hello. My delivery was 3 days late because of Planzer. Why not use Swiss Post??? They delivered it 3 days late and to the wrong address. Furthermore, it is fortunate that I walked past my neighbor's door and took a look to see my package in front of their door. It is really poor... Thanks to Galaxus, from now on, please deliver with Swiss Post.

Hi Galaxus team, in the bicycle kickstand category, it would be helpful to introduce a search criterion for standards and norms. For example, I am looking for a selection of KSA 40 rear kickstands. These are stands that are bolted directly to the frame near the dropout at the rear wheel axle and have a hole spacing of 40mm. There is also the KSA 18 standard. The text search only provides three hits, even though there are more items in your assortment that meet this standard. For example, the HEBIE Ausstellheld 40 does not appear as a hit. Of course, I am aware that the manufacturers' product descriptions must be complete for this to work.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Planzer does not deliver or leaves the parcels somewhere. The company does not respond to enquiries. And then there's the naïve talk that we want to improve. We've probably had enough time, but it remains as it is, useless. As long as this company delivers, you have to think carefully about whether you want to continue this behaviour.

A category for screens that are not mounted on the ceiling is missing. The category "mobile" unfortunately only fits to a limited extent, as it is apparently currently used for all those that can be folded, for example (for transport).
