120,000 products: Galaxus becomes a furniture store

Galaxus doesn’t only offer electronics, toys or DIY, but also furniture, lamps and decorative accessories. We’ve significantly expanded our product range on galaxus.de and galaxus.at, now offering around 120,000 products for your home. Smart lamps and light bulbs by Philips Hue, sofas by Karup Design or home accessories by Bloomingville: a variety of filter functions and low prices make shopping easier.

If you need garden furniture, a stylish lamp or a new sofa, Galaxus is the right place to go. The online department store has launched the «Interior» product section with around 120,000 products: «We’ve put a lot of heart and soul into the new ‘Interior’ sector,» says Jan Wentrot, Leader Category Management Home & Garden at Galaxus Deutschland. «As a team, we’ve carried out extensive analyses and connected manufacturers, and are now confident that customers will find the right products quickly and easily by applying the right filters.»

Strong brands work with Galaxus

The new offer is also made possible by strong partners. These include manufacturers and brands such as Relaxdays, Karup Design and Bloomingville. Signify has also been an important partner in the first three years of Galaxus Deutschland. Its lamps and light bulbs from the «Philips Hue» range rank among the top sellers. Gerwin van der Horst, Commercial Leader Consumer DACH at Signify states: «On galaxus.de and galaxus.at, we reach tech-savvy and demanding customers who appreciate our products. The cooperation with Galaxus has got off to a very positive start and we look forward to continuously expanding it.»
