Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Kind regards Tobias

What's going on, why can I no longer select a brand?

"In the past (you know... ;-) ) you could still filter according to the 3D capability of the TV. That has disappeared from the filter. OK, but I find it very disappointing that there are no more TVs that can display 3D! At least I didn't find any when I "manually" stumbled through the descriptions... So is the 3D hype over again? Again?

Are there still TVs that simply display a picture from the respective input? Just like a PC monitor with remote control and 40"+? Or does everything today have apps + smart that you can't really remove afterwards?

Hello everyone, Do any of you have experience with a Samsung TV and the Yallo app? I would be interested to know whether the Yallo app opens again when the TV is switched on/off and the last TV channel selected before switching off is shown or whether you have to go through all the menus again.

Ordered nothing from Digitec. TV ordered and never arrived. Support doesn't help either

Dear Community, perhaps you can help me decide on a TV. It's about replacing our 14 year old Samsung UE46C6000. I have already read through various tests and have also been to showrooms to see the differences between OLED and LED/LCD. However, I am still undecided. I understand that OLED has better contrast, black levels and colours, but is also less bright. And I'm a bit worried about that, because our old TV was often too dim in the living room in daylight. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any reference brightness values for this model so that I could make a comparison with tests of current TVs. Oh yes: The picture sources are PS4/PS3 and SunriseTV box, both via the AV receiver. (Sound and operation are therefore irrelevant.) Budget about 1500. Many thanks for your opinions/tips.

Twin tuner means I want to record a film via USB and watch a match at the same time. Size 65 inch, price max. 2500. Preferably OLED. I can't find what I'm looking for in the search function. Or do I not see it? Does anyone have a good tip? Merci

Hello Community I have a Sony Bravia KD-65AF8 TV with Android OS. For a few months now, I have had the problem that the user interface is completely pixelated and the TV reacts to inputs with an extreme delay. Everything that has to do with Android is barely legible. For example, the titles of YouTube videos are barely legible, but when I play the video, the picture is absolutely clear. If I then press pause and the Android overlay appears, the overlay is pixelated and the video still image is clear. The HDMI inputs such as PS5 and TV box also work perfectly. I suspect that the OS is faulty. Sony support could only give me standard excuses or answers. Does anyone have any idea how to reinstall or repair the Android OS? Various factory resets and panel updates have unfortunately not helped. Many thanks for your valuable tips.

I would like to buy a new TV. But now I'm not sure which model to get. Requirements: OLED panel, 55 inch, picture quality very important, design and sound less important. I am leaning between these models: Philips OLED 55POS9002 (55", 4K, Ambilight3, OLED) LG OLED55C7V (55", 4K, OLED) Sony KD-55A1 (55", 4K, Android OS, OLED) Panasonic TX-55EZC954 (55", 4K, OLED) Which one would you recommend? Do any of you already have experience with one of these devices?

Hello For my friend's mum, who is currently having major problems with her TV, TV box and DVD player, I am looking for a TV that switches on and off automatically when, for example, the Sunrise TV box or DVD player is used and also switches to the correct HDMI input. Do newer TVs do this automatically? And are there DVD players whose remote control also allows the volume to be changed? muchas gracias (o; richard

When will you be selling on your site? The only retailer at the moment is FNAC?

Let me describe my personal experiences with TV selection, It may be useful for new customers 👍 Please pay attention to lifecycle costs, not initial costs. Personally I was looking for a TV which has good quality and sound output, etc. Most of today's video contents are still Full-HD (1080p) and or 4K (2160p), hence, I chose a TV with 8K (4320p) finally. But why? 🤔 Because when you have a TV which designed and produced to show and processing 8K videos, it should be very versatile and longlife with unique processor to perform unmatched 8K color and resolution. Therefore, when you have 8K TV, it shows 4K and 2K and FHD+ videos better than before by upscaling and enhancements; while it can processes 4K videos easier. A TV which designed and produced for 8K workloads and qualities and resolution, logically has lower problems for 4K videos. Means lower overheating and lower energy consumption and longer lifetime. As I did comparison, color depths and refreshing rates, became significantly better. So, try to get 8K TV, if you want to guarantee best picture quality and sound output for several years without changing it. Save time and money. Regards 👍

Hello everyone, can you help me? I'm looking for a new TV that will mainly be used for sports programmes (football and ice hockey) and gaming (PS5, football, ice hockey). Which technology is best for these purposes at the moment? Of course I also watch films, but the TV is mainly needed for sports and sports gaming. My favourite brand would certainly be Samsung, but I'm open-minded. The budget should be around 1500, I won't say no to anything less, a little more is also within reason. Thank you.

In English, the "Native refresh rate" filter contains 100Hz 2 times, in German there is a 100Hz and a 120Hz.

Hello, does anyone have experience and a device recommendation for TV operation with voice control?

Hi all, my 32 tv in the kitchen has passed away... it is mounted to a wall mount similar to this : https://www.digitec.ch/en/s1/product/vogels-wall-3245-wall-55-20-kg-tv-mounting-solutions-universal-6919521 The problem is the current tv's vesa screws aren't aligned, so the guy who installed it added some spacers to make it even. Are these spacers usually included in the TV ? If not, where can I find some ? Any "good" 32 TV with Vesa mount to recommend ? (most important, fast swapping channels and supporting Zatoo...)

Hello everyone, What should I look out for when buying a TV if I want to connect 2 x Apple Home PODs, for example? eARC, ARC? As far as I know, the new OLED models from Sony support such technology, and I believe Samsung does too. Does it depend on the brand? Or could it be that the HomePods logically only work with Apple TV, which is what I have. I'm looking for a "cheap" model that's good, regardless of the brand. Thanks and regards

Is there a TV with 2x satellite receiver and built-in or external recording option? I currently have a satellite receiver (Panasonic DMR-BS850EG-K, HDD-Rec., Blu-Ray, 500GB, DVB-S2), which is connected to the TV via HDMI. With the receiver you can record a maximum of two programmes at the same time, for example, or watch one programme and record another. Is there a TV that offers something similar in one device and makes it possible to eliminate the SAT receiver (I don't need Blu-Ray)? - Recording (on TV internal memory or on external USB drive) of two programmes running simultaneously - TV picture inactive during recording - TV: 4K is enough. Around 50 inch diagonal. - TV connection for external soundbar - Possibly control recording via app - Possibly Android OS for app use such as Zattoo If anyone has any tips, I can read up on the product. Thank you very much!

Hello There are Samsung TVs on sale at Galaxus and other retailers that say they are an Italian variant. Does anyone know the difference to the "normal" model? Are there any restrictions/problems with it? They are often cheaper than the normal version. Hello Community So far we have been watching TV via Apple TV and a Yamaha soundbar. The HDMI output of the Apple TV went to the HDMI IN connection on the soundbar and to the HDMI OUT of the soundbar, to the TV. This allowed us to control all components via the Apple TV remote control. (Switch on/off & volume) Now we would like to buy a new TV, preferably a Philips Ambilight. (Type still unclear) We also have a new Samsung soundbar, but it only has one HDMI connection. (So no more IN and Out socket) What do I need to look out for on a new TV so that I can continue to control everything via the Apple TV remote control as described above? Looking forward to your answers

Hello Community I would like to buy a Philips TV with OLED. However, I'm not sure about the size. The seating distance to the TV is about 3.5 metres. We watch TV via Apple TV and there via the Sunrise TV app and Netflix app. What would be recommended 55 inch or rather 65 inch? Many thanks for your answers

I am looking for a new Philips TV, should be ideal for Playstation 5. HDR at 4K resolution and 3-sided Ambilight are a must. Otherwise, I watch Netflix and Disney+ on it. These three models catch my eye: 65PUS7906 65PUS7956 65PUS8506 Can I compare them somewhere or are they all equally good?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a horizontally swivelling wall mount for this 65' TV: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/samsung-qe65q60c-65-q60c-qled-4k-2023-tv-24573028 Do you have any useful tips on what to look out for and which brands are reliable? Thank you very much.

Hello everyone, I would like to buy a small home cinema in my new flat. As I have very little knowledge of the technical side of things, I'm turning to you for a purchase recommendation. 1st TV: I would like to buy a TV with OLED, 4k, Hdmi 2.1, EARC, dolby vision and dolby atmos, priced between 1000-2000. I mainly watch films via streaming, or rent them via Apple TV. Gaming rather rarely. Recommendations? 2. sound: First of all, just to be sure, I don't need an AV receiver for a soundbar, do I? I'm a bit confused by all the information I've absorbed via Google and YouTube :-) 3. since AC receivers plus speakers are sometimes very large and take up a lot of space, I'm leaning towards a soundbar plus 2 rear speakers, priced between 500-1500 for dolby atmos, any recommendations? Many thanks for your help! LG Pascal
