In fact, appliances from this brand are at this price level. However, quality problems are extremely rare with these products.

No, the Apple Studio Display cannot serve as a hub to power an Apple TV without a MacBook or other compatible Mac device connected. The Studio Display's USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 ports are designed to connect and power peripherals, storage and networking to a connected Mac, but they cannot act as a standalone hub for other devices such as an Apple TV when no Mac is connected.

The Apple Studio Display retains the last colour profile (reference mode) set on the Mac, even when the display is operated on a PC. Unfortunately, the brightness of the Studio Display cannot be adjusted on a Windows PC, which is not a problem for me. The picture quality is excellent, but it should be noted that the 5K display requires quite a lot of resources and, depending on the programme used, can increase the operating temperature of the graphics card and animate the fans to run continuously. The mentioned "Night Shift" function on the Mac should correspond to the "Night Mode" on Windows, which works flawlessly under W11. My experience is based on the Studio Display running on a Surface Book 3 with W11 and NVIDIA Quadro RTX3000 graphics card.

Yes it works, you will get an image, but settings like scaling, brightness etc. are controlled directly by the macOS. There are no buttons on the display with which you can change these settings. How it looks with camera drivers under Windows I can't judge. You will have a display that does not have all the functions that are available under MacOS.
